At Scott Merrick we believe in recruiting the best and then, in retaining them. Most of our own consultants have been with us in excess of 10 years – just another factor in our ability to partner with you for the long term.
Essentially, our purpose is to work together with you to achieve the objective. To that end, where general recruitment methods are inappropriate, we also offer a bespoke head hunting service in order to identify the key individual with the specific skill set your company requires. In this context, and unlike other agencies, we make no demands for a percentage of our fees upfront. We operate on a cash-on-delivery basis – and we aim to deliver.
